If a death has occured, please accept our condolences and call us directly at 920-236-7750. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call, we will discuss some very basic items to help us serve you. Included in those basic questions will be scheduling a time when we can meet and discuss your desires to greater detail.
During the scheduled meeting, or arrangement conference, usually about two hours in length, we will gather the information necessary to complete all legal documents, discuss options for services, assist in writing an obituary, sign a contract for our services, answer any questions you may have. Below is a list of items suggested for you to bring to the arrangement conference.

Items to bring with you to the Arrangement Conference:
o Clothing: Selected outfit, underclothing, jewelry, glasses, shoes or slippers if desired
o At least one recent photograph that shows hairstyle and facial features and complexion
o 20-25 Photographs for a video tribute program, if desired
o Obituary information:
o Birth date
o Father’s full name
o Mother’s Maiden name
o Family Names- living and deceased
o Military discharge papers if applicable– Form DD214
o Social Security Number of decedent
o Cemetery information
o Form of payment: if arrangements have not already been made for funding with Seefeld Funeral & Cremation Services: we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card.
