Charlotte A. "Chuckie" Smith, of Ripon, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, April 10, 2007. She graduated from Ripon High School, and lived most of her adult life in Green Lake. She worked many years at Fabriko. Chuckie enjoyed reading and playing cards, and she would have never put a 5 in the crib.

Chuckie is survived by her son, James (Kathy) Smith of Ripon; grandsons, Peter, Jack (Tammy), and Lucas (special friend, Jen), all of Oshkosh; and her great grandchildren, Paige and Megan.

In accordance with her wishes, she has donated her body for the advancement of medical science to the Medical College of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee. A private family memorial service is being held.
