Donna M. Ruedinger, age 77, life-long
resident of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully Friday, April 9, 2010. Donna was born in Oshkosh on March 6, 1933 to
the late Melvin and Ida (Annis) Eaton.
Her marriage to Harold James Ruedinger began on April 14, 1951 and
lasted 56 years. He preceded her in
death on July 7, 2007.


Their children are: James P. (Cricket) Ruedinger
of Delray Beach, Florida; Dale J. (Laura) Ruedinger of Oshkosh; and Pamela A. (Dustin)
Peterson of Roswell, New Mexico. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Erik
Ruedinger, Jeremy Ruedinger, Tina Hietpas, Tanya Rae Hietpas, Ashleigh
Ruedinger, Michael Torres, Abby Wilson, Adam Wilson, Danielle Heifort, SSgt.
Dustin D. Peterson II and Tyler R. Peterson; great-grandchildren: Brianna and
Conner Lamers, Akira and Tigre Hietpas, Janie-Lyn Langlitz, and Gavin Saffran;
brothers: Howard Eaton of Oshkosh and Dennis Eaton of Deming, New Mexico.


Preceding Donna in death were her
beloved spouse, Harold "Jim" Ruedinger; brothers: Edward Eaton, Richard Eaton,
Robert Eaton, Jimmy Eaton, and Melvin Eaton; and her sister, Evelyn Weitz.


Donna retired from Winnebago County and
spent her final days at the place in which she worked for so many years. Special thanks to the staff of Park View
Health Center for their compassionate care and attention.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held
at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, April 16, 2010 at St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic
Church, 830 S. Westhaven Drive, the Reverend Douglas LeCaptain
officiating. Entombment will follow at
Lake View Memorial Park. Family and friends
may gather at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street, on Thursday,
April 15, 2010 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a prayer service to be held
at the funeral chapel at 7:00 P.M.
Visitation will continue at the church on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until
