Donna Mae VanPay, age 69 of Oshkosh, died at home on Friday, June 30, 2006. She was born July 14, 1936 to the late Leonard and Marvaleen (Dennin) Frank.

Donna Mae was strong, loving, caring, and feisty. She will be remembered as hard working mother and friend, above all things her family came first. She enjoyed riding around in the car and shopping for the best deals. She loved her word find and playing cards. Donna was a cook at UW-Oshkosh for 27 years, spending a lot of time in Reeve Union.

Donna is survived by her children: Ronald Deising, Vickie (Bill) Luker, Kathy Crooks, James Deising, and Daniel (Tammy) Deising; grandchildren: Terry Schroeder Jr., Melissa Schroeder, Shaun Luker, Michael Luker, Steven (Mary Jo) Crooks Jr., Tracy Crooks, Jason (fiance Angela Gutche) Crooks, Ryan Crooks, Deanna Deising, Corey Deising, and Kristine Deising; great-grandchildren: Tyler Schroeder, Elizabeth Schroeder, Shyla Crooks, Kyler Crooks, Andy Saray, and Kaleb Crooks; and siblings: Terry Frank, Sandy Priebe, and Leonard Frank. Preceding Donna in death is her son: Paul Deising; daughter: Mary Ellen Deising; and sisters: Nancy Quint and Mary Ellen Frank.

Funeral services for Donna will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, July 3, 2006, at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 North Eagle Street, with Father Martin P. Carr officiating. Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation and support at the funeral chapel on Monday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service. Inurnment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.

Mom, you left this world, but never our hearts. You have been the best mother and father anyone could have asked for. You gave us all of you, without hesitation or question. You suffered way to long and we know you are now at peace and in no more pain. Someday we will see you again; and as always you will have your arms open for us. -Love: Your Children
