Elizabeth M. "Betty" Ramsdell, age 76, of Butte des Morts, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center. Betty retired from Park View Health Center after many years of service. She also enjoyed working at the Kangaroo Pouch Craft Church with her daughter Lorrie for several years. Betty loved her two cats and dog because they were great company to her.

Betty is lovingly survived by her children, Jean Sipple of Butte des Morts, Lorrie Starke of Omro and Bryon Scott Ramsdell of Omro; her grandchildren, Crystal and Jon Ramsdell, Jennifer Kolb and Steven Kurtz; great grandchildren, Sabrina, Jonathon and Bethaney; brothers, Robert Heagle of Butte des Morts, Valroy Heagle of Menasha; sisters, Laurie Harbin of California and sister in law (who was like a sister)Luella Heagle. She was preceded in death by her loving brother, Ronald Heagle.

In loving respect to Betty's memory, a visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2005 in the Chapel at Lake View Memorial Park in Oshkosh from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Dan Gibson officiating. Burial will follow. A memorial has been established.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her niece, Valorie Heagle for her assistance and loving care while taking care of Betty.
