Joan A. Foote, age 77, of Omro, passed away March 13, 2006, at Mercy Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Neenah on September 22, 1928, the daughter of Delton and Elizabeth (Winsey) Beaulieu. Joan had served in the Women's Army Corps. in Japan during the Korean War as a Medical Technician. After that, she worked as a Medical Technician at a clinic in Neenah. During the 1950's, Joan was active in the Oshkosh Community Players. On March 21, 1959, she married Charles Foote. Together they farmed for many years. She also had worked as an L.P.N. at the Omro Care Center.

Joan is survived by her husband, Charles; a daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Frank; a son Jonathan; and seven grandchildren.
