Kenneth M. "Toole" Matulle, age 57, of Omro, passed away March 13, 2011, after a short illness. Ken was born October 24, 1953, in Oshkosh, the son of Marvin and Phyllis (Wabnitz) Matulle. He grew up and lived most of his life in Omro. Ken was a person with a big heart. True to his nature, he always put others first. He loved family gatherings, canning with his sisters, bowling, playing baseball, deer hunting and farm work. Ken proudly served his country in the National Guard.

Ken is loved and will be missed by his father and step-mother, Marv and Donna Matulle of Omro; sisters, Darlene (Leonard) Brandt of Fond du Lac, Nancy (Tom) Herbst of Omro; brother, Wayne (Karen) Matulle of Georgia; step sister, Jeri Lyn (Dennis) Perschbacher of Menasha; step brother, Michael (fiancée Leisa Rice) Shea of South Carolina; dear friends, Dennis and Corky Nitz; his cat, Simon; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis and brother, Roger.

In respect to Ken's memory, the family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, March 18, 2011, at the funeral home from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 6:00 P.M. with Rev. John Covach officiating. Military Honors will follow the service. Ken will be laid to rest at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial in Ken's name is being established.
