Michael D. Wiatrowski, 55, died at Ascension Hospital on May 1, 2026. He was born in Oshkosh to David and Muriel Wiatrowski and spent his life here. While in high school, Mike developed love of cooking and soon had the keys to Mr. Steak to open and close.
After culinary school at Fox Valley Tech., he spent the next fourteen years as kitchen manager of the Granary Restaurant. While involved in that industry, he managed a Winneconne restaurant and was part owner of JJ’s Supper Club in Princeton.
Shortly before covid hit, he took a job with Salelytics Corporation and like so many was sent home to work. He continued to work at home for Saleytics until last year.
Early in life, Mike developed a passion for Major League Baseball and a love for his New York Yankees.
