Sharon J. Leonard, age 66, of Omro, died peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, March 14, 2010. She was born November 27, 1943 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Ernest and Joyce (Schmechel) Kettenbeil. Sharon was a graduate of Juneau High School in Milwaukee. She married John J. Leonard on October 12, 1962. Together they moved to Omro 16 years ago. Sharon had worked for a number of years at Dollar Tree in Oshkosh.

Survivors include her husband, John J. Leonard of Omro; daughter, Michelle Wrzinski of Wisconsin Rapids; son, Michael of Plover; grandchildren, Jenny and Jesse; great granddaughter, Jaylynn; brothers, Raymond, John and Dean Kettenbeil; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. By her request, there will be no formal funeral service.
