Ben Soll
Funeral Director & Manager
Ben is a generational funeral director. His grandfather owned and operated his own funeral home. Ben admired the work he did and saw the long-lasting relationships and ability to help others in their time of need.
After high school, Ben researched the details of mortuary science and attended a local university. Then later, he completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Minnesota.
He has seen many aspects of funeral service from night attendant to an apprenticeship to working his way up to manager.
In his free time, he enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction books, playing online with friends, and researching world mythologies and folklore. He also enjoys watching movies- especially cheesy B films.
Ben is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and dependable.

Mary Hanson
Administrator
Mary is a fifth generation resident of Omro, and she’s proud of her personal and professional development. She’s also willing to share her skills and compassion with the families we serve. Mary insists that the most meaningful part of her work is the chance to help a person or family during a difficult time. “The work is varied and interesting,” she says. “And I've always enjoyed bookkeeping and accounting. My experience, education, and training come mostly from life. I live, I learn, and mostly I don't forget.” Mary is also a mother and a grandmother. When she’s not at work, she enjoys watching her only grandson compete in sporting events, working and playing with her horses and dog, and farming. “Yes, I can still bale some hay for my personal use,” she laughs.
